PRACTICE SCHEDULES: The volunteer coaches' schedules determine the days and times of your child's practice schedule. All practice schedules are not finalized and published in advance as they depend on the size of leagues and gym availability. So, please do not email VAA asking when your child will practice since we do not have that information in advance. The practice days will be announced by your coach at the end of December.

LITTLE DRIBBLERS (Kindergarten & 1st Grade) (COED)
The purpose of this age is to teach the basics of basketball. The Bantam League plays at the Red Lion Gym. There are NO weeknight practices for this league. Saturday is 30 minutes of practice followed by 25-minute running clock games.
INSTRUCTIONAL BOYS LEAGUE (2nd and 3rd Grade)
At this level, emphasis is still on fundamentals at this level. There will be a weekly practice and a weekly game. Instructional Boys Division play at the Valley Elementary and Belmont Elementary gym. Teams will practice 1/2 court on each of the courts, so 4 teams will practice at a time.
INSTRUCTIONAL GIRLS LEAGUE (2nd and 3rd Grade)
At this level, emphasis is still on fundamentals at this level. There will be a weekly practice and a weekly game.
JUNIOR ELEMENTARY BOYS LEAGUE (4th Grade)
At this level, scores and standings are kept with playoffs.

This league is for boys in the 7th and 8th Grades.

SENIOR GIRLS LEAGUE (7TH and 10TH Grades)

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS (9th through 10th Grades)
This league corresponds to children in 9th through 10th grades. This league is played at Bensalem High School, and games with playoffs.
The final format of Junior, Middle, and Senior leagues will be based on the number of registrations per age group.
